Unsawn or sawn bright steel shafts can be planed, chamfered and centred on automatic end-processing equipment. The rod is secured and the milling head performs the appropriate rotation. Unlike an automatic turning machine, the workpiece is secured and the milling head rotates around the rod. This process is followed by packaging in containers usually supplied by the customer.
